At Backyard Bakery, we say that a scone is really only good for 3 hour after if comes out of the oven.  That is why we have several morning scone bakes: one at 7am, one at 9am, and one at 11am.  Buttery, delicate, and melt-in-the mouth scones baked in the traditional manner: whole grain Cairnspring flour from Skagit County, fresh fruit, and butter.
